We receive many requests to identify Clematis flowers either from a brief description or a photograph. Identification is always very difficult, especially where blue clematis are concerned. You will find a number of Clematis pictures and descriptions in our Previous Clematis of the Month section. If you wish us to identify a Clematis we require information regarding flower size, flower shape, flower colour, colour of the stamens, growth, habit and age in order to attempt to make an identification. A picture may help but does not guarantee success!
Alternatively, you can look at the Web Site below which contains a search facility on criteria such as colour, flower size, name and breeder. There are many photos and the number is growing.
